Developed as a compact, efficient, and decentralized system, Tonalli converts food waste into biogas and organic fertiliser, enabling a 100% waste-utilisation process while supporting sustainable waste management practices.
The launch of Tonalli comes at a time when industries and communities are increasingly seeking environmentally responsible solutions for waste processing and resource recovery.
The advanced decentralized integrated food waste management system is engineered to help industries, hospitality establishments, industrial canteens, commercial kitchens, and residential communities manage food waste sustainably while generating renewable energy.
Built on the principles of circular economy and environmental responsibility, Tonalli facilitates a completely waste-free process through energy and nutrient recovery.
By converting organic waste into renewable biogas and nutrient-rich organic fertiliser, the solution helps reduce dependence on conventional cooking fuels such as LPG and PNG. It also enables lower energy costs, reliable fuel availability, and safer cooking fuel alternatives.

- Controlled Anaerobic Digestion Process
The system utilizes advanced anaerobic digestion technology to convert organic waste into biogas under controlled environmental conditions, ensuring efficient and reliable energy generation.
- Inbuilt Gas Agitation Technology
Digester mixing is achieved through a regulated biogas-based agitation mechanism, eliminating the need for mechanical agitators and improving operational reliability.
The generated biogas undergoes multi-stage cleaning processes, including moisture removal and hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) scrubbing before utilization.
- Pressurised Gas Delivery
The solution incorporates an indigenous high-performance Kirloskar compressor that increases gas pressure to deliver a consistent and powerful flame at the burner.

Tonalli is equipped with PLC-based safety systems that include automatic flaring, vacuum protection, and layered pressure-relief mechanisms, ensuring safe and secure operation across industrial environments.

The product launch event, held earlier this month in Pune, witnessed the participation of several distinguished industry leaders from the Hadapsar Industrial Estate.
